TO BE A WINNER BE DEAF TO NEGATIVITY   Revisited, 7 th September 2025. On 5 th September some of my old students wished me “Happy Teachers Day.” It was quite a moment when your students remember you even though you are not with them. Today as I was just scrolling past my old posts and found this post which I specifically made for them. This post first appeared during covid times a time of noise and uncertainty. When there was chaos everywhere and my students were seeking advice what to do and not to do in this chaos. So I made this post for them. Today when I saw this post, I return to it not to rewrite, but to reattune. The insight remains the same: to win is to listen selectively. What follows is just a reflection on clarity, presence, and the quiet strength of choosing what not to echo.
