I DON’T BELIEVE IN DEFEAT Many of us feel bogged down by the very hurdles in one’s life. They feel worthless if not hopeless and at times DEFEATED in their life. Henceforth there are many mental ill health issues which creep up. It’s not always depression as one may have in mind but it might result into many other mental and physical health issues depending on which site of the body it affects. So, what on earth is the best way out to keep all these problems at bay? Well, it is just very simple to follow So, the very first thing to do about an obstacle is simply to stand up to it and not complain about it or whine under it but forthrightly attack it. Don’t go crawling through life on your hands and knees HALF- DEFEATED. Stand up to your obstacles and do something about them. When you will stand you will find that they (obstacles) haven’t got half strength that you think they have. Just stand up to it, that’s all, and don’t give way...
